How to access a W-2 from BBSI

ELECTRONIC W2s: If employees have elected for electronic delivery in the past, they do not need to do so again. Employees that want to receive an electronic W2 instead of having one mailed, will need to register to receive their W2 electronically at https://paperlessemployee.com/bbsi.  As stated above, employee information must be accurate in the myBBSI system to be verified for registration. (SSN, Date of Birth, Address, Cell Phone and Email Addresses).

· Employees should register by 1/3/25. 

· Anyone who registers for an electronic W2 before the deadline will receive an email or text as soon as W2s are available (mid-January).

· Anyone that does not register for an electronic W2 will have one mailed on or before 1/31/25.  Please realize that BBSI cannot access electronic copies of mailed W2s until after 2/19/25.

· Attached please find step-by-step instructions to provide your employees for registration.

MAILED W2s:  W2s will be mailed directly to the employee’s mailing address recorded on file as of January 3, 2025, via USPS and will be postmarked no later than January 31st, 2025. 

NUMBER OF W2s:   

• Employees who worked for more than two BBSI clients may receive multiple W2 mailings, but they are all one W2 for BBSI. 
  • Each W2 page holds up to two state Tax IDs, so if an employee worked for three or more clients, then one page will include the Federal Taxable wages and       two state Tax IDs.
  • For additional clients worked for, employees would receive additional W2 pages with the Federal Taxable wages blank and only the additional state Tax IDs displayed. So please communicate this with your employees should they be concerned that their W2 without Federal wages is incorrect.
